About Us
We are registered dietitian nutritionists, based in Shreveport, LA, and help people throughout Louisiana via virtual nutrition therapy. We also help individuals in the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, IA, IN, KY, MI, MS, OH, TN, TX, VA & WV.
We accept BCBS, Medicare, Cigna and United Healthcare. Many of our clients are able to see a dietitian at no-cost to them.
We provide nutrition, fitness, health & wellness coaching to empower people to improve their cardiometabolic wellness by helping with weight loss, blood pressure and blood sugar through positive lifestyle changes, so they can enjoy longer, more fulfilling lives.


Our Focus
Cardiometabolic dysfunction is increasingly common today. This refers to a cluster of inter-related conditions that are greatly impacted by lifestyle choices and includes obesity, diabetes (type 2), prediabetes, insulin resistance, hypertension (high blood pressure), hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol), elevated triglycerides, fatty liver (non-alcoholic), chronic kidney disease (CKD) and other related conditions, which are associated with decreased quality of life and early death. When you have any of these conditions, your risk level for the others increases.
There are many reasons why these conditions are exploding in the population. Fortunately, many of the risk factors are modifiable, meaning you have the power to change them, improving your health and quality of life long-term.
In fact, according to the CDC, 1 in 3 premature heart disease and stroke-related deaths could be prevented with improvements in lifestyle behaviors, including diet and exercise. This is especially true for those of us in the Southeastern part of the country.
