This is where we focus on improving our daily habits, including those related to our nutrition, fitness, sleep, stress and other related factors that impact our wellness. You will use the workbook to keep track of your progress and to identify areas to work on next.

Join our community of like-minded individuals for a faith-based, friendly, positive and supportive environment. You don't have to go on this journey alone. This online group will help you stay accountable and keep you on the right track so that you can meet your health and wellness goals.

Our Offerings

Basic membership includes our guidebook, monthly challenge workbook & 12-weeks of access to our virtual support group. We also have a comprehensive 12-Week intensive wellness program package with one-on-ones to help you achieve maximum results, as well as private programs for workplaces, churches or social groups.

One-on-one Support

Our dietitians provide individualized nutrition therapy for those in the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, IA, IN, KY, LA, MI, MS, OH, TN, TX, VA & WV. We are in-network with the following insurances in Louisiana: BCBS, Cigna, Medicare & UHC. Many individuals have benefits that cover seeing a dietitian at no-cost to them.

Healthy Meal Plans

We offer healthy meal plans with flexible choices to help take the guess work out of improving your health. You get a personal wellness blueprint based upon your needs and goals.
